PRODUCTS.

All products are designed and hand made by Shona Leslie.

All items are unique, no two pieces are identical.

Sterling Silver jewellery will be Hallmarked where necessary (items weighing 7.8g and above).

I have tried to give as an accurate image and description as possible, however colours may vary depending on your monitor screen setting and all measurements are approximate.

Please make sure you check all dimensions for your chosen items before ordering.

All jewellery items will be sent out in a gift box ready to give as a gift.

ORDERING AND PAYMENTS.

By placing an order on this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions given.

I accept payment through Square and PayPal. You can use your MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS.

I hope that you like your purchase, but if for any reason you change your mind, please inform me by email (cancellations can not be accepted by telephone), within 14 days of receiving your order.

You are responsible for returning the order to me within 14 days of receipt of your order, undamaged and in its original packaging. Return postage is at your own expense.

Returned items should be sent using an insured service, insuring items in transit. McKinley And Moth can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.

McKinley And Moth have the right to deduct money from refunds if any returned item shows signs of unreasonable use, which diminishes its value. (i.e. if the item has been used rather than just checked.)

Once I am in receipt of the returned order I will then process a refund within 14 days through the original payment method, excluding the actual initial postage costs.

Please note items that are exempt from this returns policy.

• Earrings for reasons of hygiene.

• Any item has been altered specifically for you.

• Made To Order / Bespoke orders

FAULTY ITEMS.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives faulty please inform me by email within 3 days of receiving your order, with details and if possible a photograph of the fault.

I will then contact you, so we can discuss options for an exchange or refund.

Return postage costs will be reimbursed upon receipt and inspection of the faulty item.

If an exchange is required then the initial postal costs will not be reimbursed.

POSTAGE.

I aim to dispatch your order within 3-10 working days of cleared funds, (unless your item is Made To Order/ Bespoke then I will contact you with an approximate dispatch date) .

Orders between the value of £5.00 & £20.00 will be sent by Royal Mail, First Class post.

Orders with the value of £20.01 & £50.00 will be shipped by Royal Mail Signed For Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

Orders with the value of £50.01 + will be shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on delivery.

International customers please contact me before ordering to discuss postage charges.
